National Wildlife Refuges

Deep Fork National Refuge - located in Okmulgee County, 35 miles south of Tulsa and approximately 100 miles east of Oklahoma City. 

Little River National Wildlife Refuge - located in southeastern Oklahoma in Broken Bow.

Optima National Wildlife Refuge - located in the middle of the panhandle, 2 miles north of Hardesty, Oklahoma. 

Ozark Plateau National Wildlife Refuge - located in northeastern Oklahoma.

Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge - located in north-central Oklahoma in Alfalfa County.

Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge - located approximately 150 miles east of Oklahoma City and 35 miles west of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Tishmingo National Wildlife Refuge - located at the upper Washita arm of  Lake Texoma. 

Washita National Wildlife Refuge - located between the towns of Butler and Hammon inCuster County. 

Witicha Mountains Wildlife Refuge  - located 25 miles northwest of Lawton. 


Nature Centers & Sanctuaries

Martin Park Nature Center  - located in far northwest Oklahoma City.

Woolaroc Ranch, Museum & Wildlife Preserve - http://www.woolaroc.org/ - 12 miles southwest of Bartlesville, and 45 miles north of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
